The 45 Hottest Rolling Stone Covers

This morning when I took a gander at the new "Gossip Girl" Rolling Stone cover, I got a mad case of the vapors.

Then I realized that the folks over at RS sure know how to shutter a sexy cover shot. We all remember that classic Britney Spears cover in April 1999, that sweltering hot Zac Efron shot in August of 2007 and the "Hills" cover in 2008 that made us want to be a pair of pink spanky paints.

However, having a wet shirt, no shirt, barely-there bikini or suction-cupped spandex doesn't automatically get you a PopWrap sexy stamp of approval. Take "Gossip Girls" Leighton Meester (Blair Waldorf) and Blake Lively (Serena van der Woodsen). All they needed was an ice cream cone and a tolerance for lactose, which they both seem to have on this month's cover. Sexin' it up from the waist up, and not missing a drop of strawberry soft serve.
